SpamMonitor v1.6.1 info: SpamMonitor is a very powerful antispam tool. It works in conjunction with file based mail servers, like Mdaemon, MailCoach, MS SMTP service, etc. Once SpamMonitor has started, it will look for new files with a certain extension and passes all new messages to the spam filter, SpamAssassin.
SpamAssassin reads the messages and assigns each a numerical value, based on a set of extremely comprehensive tests. This value / score represents how confident SpamAssassin is that the piece of email is actually SPAM.
Next SpamMonitor will mark, move or delete each message based on your settings for different scores.
