Known problems:
1. Anti-virus database rollback is only possible after the anti-virus database update procedure has been run twice.
2. Network attack protection component is not compatible with OpenVPN.
3. If the "Automatically determine the proxy server settings" setting was selected, the username and the password saved in Microsoft Internet Explorer are not used for the proxy server authorization
"I got annoyed with all those "Software Counterfeit" logon and tray message stuff, so I made this little exe file that could kill and clean those things up.
Another benefit is that I have included the LegitCheckControl.dll from Windows.Genuine.Advantage.Validation.v1.5.526.0.addonED-ETH0, so after deploying the fix, you should be able to use _ttp://windowsupdate.microsoft.com.
Just remember to run the fix again, if you by some accident get"s WGA installed again.
If you"v got Window$Update running remember to close Internet Explorer, before running the patch. (It locks up LegitCheckControl.dll)
